Employees experiencing an unexpected change in dietary requirements should update their workplace accommodations profile before consuming food, supplements, biological materials, or other items belonging to coworkers.
If your access badge is presented to you by another individual while your assigned badge remains in your possession, do not accept the duplicate credential. Maintain visual contact with your original badge and contact Security from a fixed internal telephone.
Employees should report any personnel record that displays a name, photograph, date of birth, or biological classification that changes between authenticated sessions. Do not print the affected record.
Personnel should immediately report workplace hazards, security concerns, access irregularities, unexplained environmental changes, and unusual personnel conditions through the appropriate reporting channel. Employees should not investigate unfamiliar conditions beyond the limits of their training, authorization, or classification.
